I'm getting tired of listening to the radio.
I'm sick of hearing the same songs being played over and over again for like a gazillion (and one) times. Just the other night, I heard two songs twice or even more than that within what, 2-3 hours? And the worst part was that the tune of both songs (is that possible?) got stuck in my head for the rest of the night. I hate it when that happens ESPECIALLY when the song doesn't have much lyrics.
Like, Dance Like There's No Tomorrow? Haha, goshhh..let's count the number of times Paula sings that very line ._.
And for 3 nights in a row, fly.fm played this exact same local song at around the same time, 12 something to be exact, haha.
*intro plays*
"Not again.."
That's supporting local music, alright.
Someone widen their range of music! Why, WHY do they only air a song when it becomes a hit. Wait, OK nevermind about that. But when it DOES become a hit they tend to 'over-play' it. Remember when that Nickelback song came out? I used to hear on the radio almost EVERYDAY on the way to school - and back. Thank God, they stopped playing it.
Right now I'm waiting for "..touch my body, put me on the floor..wrestle meBLAH" to tone down. I have something against that song.
No, really.
I wonder if the people at the radio stations just get this playlist of songs and let it run automatically, like everyday? But then what are the DJs for. To introduce the same songs everyday? If yes, they might as well record that too.
We need more songs.
and I'm hungry :D
