Hillsong United 2008,

I've been looking forward to this event ever since I got the tickets, wish it could've lasted longer. It was reaaaally good. Well at least I think so, this was my first real concert.

We met the guys at McD at around 5.30 pm. We ate and the 8 of us walked all the way to Glad Tidings. At least it didn't rain?

We were afraid they wouldn't let us in so early. Imagine waiting 2-3 hours. Hah, pretty sad. They did let us in, but not to the hall. The place just got more and more crowded, and when they finally started taking tickets, it got worse.

NOT a place for someone claustrophobic :P

This is how you hold an SLR, haha!

one of the clearer shots I managed to get. My camera's failing on me!

The light effects and all were really awesome. Too bad they didn't let us take any pictures.

It was so packed everyone was literally brushing against each other the whole time. Worship was great. Everyone was singing at the top of their lungs, it got so loud.

Getting my toes stomped on, going half deaf, standing for 2 and a half hours.. for 50 bucks - it was definitely worth it. The experience; amazing. Not exaggerating :)

Say, hi.

-

Elena and Keng Ean stayed over at my place. We stayed up 'til 4.30 am, talking. And then I almost lost my voice.

Who knew colour pencils were so fun to use?! :D
Elena and I got bored, hah.

-ing.
